摘要
目的:评价自然心率下40层螺旋CT(Philips Brilliance40)冠状动脉成像的效果。方法:应用Philips Brilliance40CT对219例疑诊冠心病患者自然心率下行前瞻性心电门控平扫和回顾性心电门控增强扫描,对扫描数据在工作站行VR、CPR、MIP等后处理,得到冠状动脉主要分支图像,并根据图像质量评分。实际扫描心率范围52~119/min,以10/min为间隔,按不同扫描心率将图像分成6组。各组间图像质量采用Kruskal-Wallis单向评秩方差分析统计学处理,分析组间图像质量是否一致。结果:在50~100/min心率范围内各心率段图像质量差异无统计学意义。扫描心率>100/min图像质量下降,造成图像质量与其他组间对比差异具有统计学意义。结论:Philips Brilliance40CT扫描技术的提高使其冠状动脉成像图像质量提升,适用心率范围加大,可在自然心率下完成MSCT冠状动脉成像检查,得到较高质量的冠状动脉图像。
Objective:To assess the effect of 40-slice spiral CT (Philips Brilliance 40) coronary angiography with nature heart rate. Methods:219 patients underwent prospective electrocardiogram-gated plain and retrospective electrocardiogram-gated enhanced scanning with nature heart rate. VR,MIP,and CPR reconstructions were made using extended brilliance workspace. The images quality was compared by different heart rate teams after the images were degreed by quality. Results:With heart rate of 50~100 beats per minute,the difference of images quality among different heart rate teams was not significant. Images quality descend with heart rate 〉100 beats per minute. Conclusion:Philips Brilliance 40 CT scanning technology improves image quality of coronary angiography,increases heart rate range,40-slice spiral CT coronary angiography can be completed with nature heart rate,get high quality images of coronary.
