摘要
目的:探讨妊娠剧吐的诊治方法。方法:回顾本院妇科2008年1月～2010年1月收治的140例妊娠剧吐患者的临床资料,采用常规治疗及对症治疗相结合的方法。常规治疗强调补液顺序,对症治疗要求按照病理生理基础补充机体所需物质,维持机体酸碱平衡。结果:140例妊娠剧吐患者中除1例为试管婴儿,三胎妊娠,住院20d,1例伴发Wernick脑病外,其余患者经过规范性治疗,均恢复快、效果好,平均住院天数为10.6d。结论:根据病理生理对症治疗,循序渐进,效果好、见效快。
Objective：To explore the diagnosis and treatment of vomitus gravidarum. Methods：Recalling the gynecological in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2010 140 cases were treated patients with vomitus gravidarum clinical data,treatment and symptomatic treatment with conventional method of combining. Conventional therapy emphasizes fluid replacement order,symptomatic treatment requirements in accordance with the pathophysiological basis of additional material required for the body to maintain body acid-base balance. Results：140 cases of vomitus gravidarum patients except 1 case of IVF,three pregnancies,hospital 20 days,one case of encephalopathy associated with Wernick,the rest of the patients after standard treatment of patients recovered faster and effective. The average hospital stay was 7.8 days. Conclusion：Ac-cording to the pathophysiology of symptomatic treatment,progressive,income effects,quick.
