摘要
金属结构焊接后,其内部会产生残余应力,残余应力对焊接件结构的强度及使用性能都会产生影响,因此了解残余应力的特点,掌握残余应力测试方法具有重要意思。介绍了焊接残余应力的特点及盲孔测试残余应力法的原理,分析了影响测量结果的因素,还介绍了残余应力的其他测量技术。
There will be residual stress after the welding of metal structure.The residual stress has effect upon the strength and performance weldments＇ structure.Therefore it would be meaningful to understand the characteristics of welding residual stress and to know how to test it.The characteristics of welding residual stress and the principle of blind-hole measurement method are introduced. The factors effecting test results are analyzed,and other methods to measure residual stress are introduced.
