特发性震颤合并Meige综合征1例被引量：1

摘要患者,男,65岁,以双上肢震颤3年,不自主噘嘴1年为主诉入院。患者于入院前3年无明确诱因出现双上肢震颤,运动时亦可出现,精神紧张时加重,服用葡萄酒后震颤可减轻,1年来又出现双侧面部不自主运动,不停地出现咀嚼、噘嘴,偶有伸舌。并且病情呈进行性加重。家族中无类似病情。
