摘要
山西华圣铝业有限公司通过对成型模具进行改造,生产出上开槽预焙阳极。组装时只需对中间炭碗进行浇注便可使铁水均匀流到每个炭碗,从而使炭碗内铁水与沟槽内铁水成为一个整体,使铁—碳接触面积增大,阳极的铁—碳压降显著降低,并且从根本上解决了阳极钢爪的弯曲变形,最终达到节能降耗的目的。
Shanxi Huasheng Aluminum Co.,LTD has been produced pre-baked anode with upper slot by reconstructing the forming mould.Just cast the middle carbon bowl while assembling,the hot metal can flow to every carbon bowl evenly.It can form integral structure by hot metal in the carbon bowel and in the groove,enlarge iron-carbon contact area,reduce pressure drop of anode iron-carbon,overcome the bending deformation of anode steel stud and attain the aim of energy saving.
