摘要
大学生"村官"计划实施以来对新农村建设起到积极的作用,但还存在大学生就业观念落后、管理不到位、专业技能偏离,缺乏实践经验等一系列不可忽视的问题。这些问题如果得不到及时、合理和有效地解决,则有可能会影响大学生"村官"计划的可持续发展。从政府、管理层、高校和大学生4个方面,提出了构建大学生"村官"计划长效机制的思路与对策。
The little village official played a positive role in new rural construction.There were some problems that cannot be neglected such as backward employment concept of college students,insufficient management,professional skills detaching from practice,and lacking of practical experience and so on,which should be solved timely and reasonably,otherwise the sustainable development of Little Village Official Plan would be influenced.The ideas and countermeasures of constructing the long-term mechanism of Little Village Official Plan were put forward from the aspects of government,management layer,university and college students.
