摘要
"农家书屋"工程是新农村文化建设的基础性工程,是农村公共文化服务体系建设的重要组成部分,是受农民欢迎的一项利国惠民的德政工程和民生工程。本文在分析"农家书屋"工程建设的背景和现状的基础上,阐述了区县图书馆在"农家书屋"工程建设中的独特优势及其在推动"农家书屋"建设中所发挥的重要作用。
The project of ＂The Rural Library＂ is the basis of new countryside culture construction.It＇s the important part of public culture system of the countryside,and it＇s welcomed by the famers.It＇s beneficial to the country and people.This article analyses the background and current situation of the project,and elaborates the unique advantages of the county library in this project and also the important role in promoting ＂The Rural Library＂.
