南昌市西湖区某学校甲型H1N1流感疫情处置报告

Handling Report on Influenza A (H1N1) pandemic in a School of Xihu District of Nanchang

摘要 目的总结学校甲型H1N1流感疫情处置的经验教训,为今后处理同类事件提供参考借鉴。方法对2009年9月南昌市西湖区的一起学校甲型H1N1流感聚集性疫情的现场流行病学调查处理与病例治疗,密切接触者的调查与医学观察,学校发热病人异常信息排查。结果 3名甲型H1N1流感确诊病例无明确病源接触史,到校时间短,未引起学校内疫情传播流行,经治疗痊愈出院。其30名密切接触者在7天的医学观察期间,体温正常,未出现流感样症状,解除医学隔离观察。结论疫情发生后,疾控中心及时赶赴现场调查处理,学校领导予以积极配合,开展多项防控措施,在该病最长潜伏期内未发生二代病例和校内疫情暴发,疫情得到有效控制。 Objective To summarize the experience on handling the Influenza A H1N1 Epidemic happened in the school and to provide the reference for processing the same cases from now on.Methods We investigated and handled the Epidemiology in the spot about an aggregation of the Influenza A H1N1 Epidemic in a school in Xihu District of Nanchang city in September 2009.Again,we investigated and did the medical observation to the close contacts.Finally we excluded and examined the patients with with fever in the school.Results The three confirmed cases of the Influenza A H1N1 didn’t cause the spread and of the epidemic.Because it was a short time since they have got the school.And they also didnt’ definite contact history of pathogen.Lastly,they were recovered by isolating and treating.Another,the body temperature of the twenty close contacts was normal and they didn’t appear the symptoms like Influenza.According to the requirements,they had been relieved the isolated observation of the medicine.Conclusion CDC rushed the spot to handle in time after epidemic occurring.The leaders of the school actively cooperate with it.And the leaders of the school also conducted lots of pre-vention and control measures.So it never occurred to case II and epidemic of school about this disease in the longest latency about this disease.At last,the epidemic was controlled effectively.
