摘要
目的：研究牙源性钙化囊肿（ＣａｌｃｉｆｙｉｎｇＯｄｏｎｔｏｇｅｎｉｃＣｙｓｔ，ＣＯＣ）的组织病理，临床特征。方法：对７例ＣＯＣ标本进行ＨＥ染色和组织学观察，－ＣｏｎＡ、ＷＧＡ和ＵＥＡ－１三种凝集素染色（ＡＢＣ法）。结果：ＣＯＣ与造釉细胞瘤相比对三种凝集素表达无明显差异，ＣＯＣ上皮具有多种分化潜能，从而产生多变的组织学表现。结论：囊肿型ＣＯＣ在其病理及生物学行为上与壁性造釉细胞瘤相似，肿瘤型ＣＯＣ更具侵袭性，复发性。
Objective:This paper was designed to investigate
the histopathologic and clinical characterisitics of calcifying odontogenic cyst
(COC).Methods:We selected seven samples of COC with HE staining and observed its
histological changes, of three kinds of lectins, ConA,WGA. and UEA 1 staining(ABC
method).Results:There was no significant difference in the expression of these three lectins
between COC and ameloblastoma. The epithelium of COC showed various potentials in
differentiation and histologic manifestations. Conclusion:COC of cystic was more similar to
mural ameloblastoma in pathology and clinical biologic behavior.COC of tumor type was more
invasive and recurrent.
