摘要
观察小剂量血脂康,普伐他汀对高血脂病人的长期调脂作用。方法;多中心,195例高血脂病人,分血脂康组「每晚睡前口服血脂康2粒」与普伐他汀组治疗6个月,比较治疗前,后血脂水平变化及两组间差异,用方差分析法检验及X^2检验。结果;血脂康与普伐他汀治疗6个月时,TC下降16%及17%,TG下降13%及15%,LDL下降23%及21%;
To study the effects of low-dosage Xue-zhi-kang or Pravastatin for long-term therapy on Chinese patients with dyslipidemia. Methods: 195 cases from six hospitals in Beijing were studied and randomly given Xue-zhi-kang 2 pills QN or Pravastatin 5 mg QN for 6 months. The levels of TC, TG, LDL-c and HDL-c in pre- and post-treatment for each group were analysed. The differences between two groups were compared with ANOVA. The efficacy-rates for TC, TG and HDL-c of each group were calculated according to' The Guidline to Clinical Drug Research'and then the differences between two groups were compared with X2 test. Results: Low-dosage Xue-zhi-kang and Pravastatin lowered TC, LDL-c beginning from month 2 up to months 6, TG decreased moderately also. In pre-and post-treatment, the TC decreased 16% and 17%, TG decreased 13% and 15 %, LDL-c decreased 23 % and 21%, HDL-c increased 2 % and 10% in the 6th month in Xue- zhi-kang and Pravastatin group, respectively. Both the drugs could lower LDL/HDL effectively also. The lowerings of TC, LDL and LDL/HDL were statistical significance in two groups. But the lowering of TG and the raise of HDL were not statistically significant. Between two groups Pravastatin was slightly better than Xue-zhi-kang in raising HDL (P = 0. 05 ). There were no significant differences in other respects. The efficacy-rate of Xue-zhi-kang or Pravastatin was 54. 6% or 68. 4% for TC; 49. 1 % or 53. 9 % for HDL-c, 46. 2% or 40. 8 % for TG without significant difference in the two groups. No serious side effects were observed in the two groups. Conclusion: Low-dosage statin- drugs(such as Xue-zhi-kang and Pravastatin ) administrated for relatively long-term treatment are effective and safe for Chinese patients with dyslipidemia.
