摘要
离散单元法是一种用来分析非连续介质的位移、受力和稳定性问题的数值分析方法,已在岩石力学领域中得到了广泛的应用.在港口和海岸工程中,存在许多堆石体结构的非连续介质问题,如重力式码头后方抛石体的土压力问题、在波浪荷载作用下堆石防波堤、护岸、基床的稳定性问题等.对于这些问题采用有限元、边界元等方法进行分析时难于得到满意的结果,而离散单元法正适合于解决这些非连续介质问题.本文对离散单元法作了简要的介绍,并关于采用离散单元法求解在波浪作用下港口和海岸工程中的一些非连续介质问题以及会遇到的一些难点问题进行了探讨.
The distinct element method is a numerical method to analyze the displacements, stresses and stability of structures consisting of discontinuous medium. It has been applied in the rock mechanics field widly. There are many problems about discontinuous medium in port and coastal engineering,such as the stabiliy of breakwater, bank protected structure and stone-filled foundation under the action of wave,as well as the earth pressure of stone -filled structure behind gravity type wharf, etc. Satisfactory solutions of these problems could not be gotten by finite element method or boundary element method. Distinct element method is just developped to address these problems. This paper has introduced the distinct element method briefly, and discussed the possibility of and the main problems in applying the distinct element method in port and coastal engineering.
