阿奇霉素对肺炎球菌的防耐药突变浓度研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的测定阿奇霉素对肺炎链球菌的防耐药突变浓度(MPC),以了解肺炎链球菌对阿奇霉素耐药的最低剂量。方法肉汤法富集1010CFU/mlATCC49619,采用平板二倍稀释法测定阿奇霉素对ATCC49619的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、MIC99、初测MPC(MPCpr)及MPC。结果阿奇霉素对ATCC49619的MPC为0.49gg/ml,细菌耐药选择指数(MPC/MIC99)为4.45。结论通过调整药物剂量,可以限制对阿奇霉素耐药的肺炎链球菌突变体的富集。
