摘要
目的总结微创治疗在髌骨骨折中的初步临床应用结果，探讨手术的应用价值及方法。方法2007年7月至2009年6月微创治疗髌骨骨折60例。结果术中利用腰椎穿刺针经皮行髌骨骨折张力带复位固定，术中基本不出血，无需或仅需小切口，术后10-12个月随访均完全愈合，术后X片均示复位满意。结论选择合适病例进行微创张力带治疗，可以减少出血，缩短手术时间，创伤小，皮肤无疤痕或仅有小疤痕，功能恢复好。
Objective Summary initial of the patella fracture treated with micro-invasive treatment in clinical and probe the operate value and method.Method From Jul.2007 to Jun.2008,60 patients patella fracture were treated with micro-invasive.Result patella fracture recover fixation with tension strip used metal lumber spine stab needle intraoperative bleeding few, don＇ t or only small incision.Satisfactory of replacement and fixation were well after operative of X-ray; All patents were follow up at 10 to 12 months,post operative satisfactory of function were well.Conclusion Choose fitting case performed the tension strip micro-invasive,decrease bleeding the operation time shorten,trauma was （little）small,the heal fasten the skin wasn＇ tscar or only little scar.The function recovery well.
