摘要
在普通肉汤和普通琼脂培养基中加入一定量的乳糖，可明显地促进大肠杆菌（Ｅｃｏｌｉ）增殖。用平板计数法，麦氏比浊法及离心称重法，对６株禽源Ｅｃｏｌｉ和２株猪源Ｅｃｏｌｉ培养产物的含菌量、菌泥湿重测定，结果表明：在普通肉汤中加乳糖可使Ｅｃｏｌｉ产量增加约１００％；在普通琼脂中，加乳糖可使Ｅｃｏｌｉ产量增加２００％以上。
