摘要
目的提高门诊药房"以病人为中心"的服务水平。方法总结2年来门诊药房"以病人为中心"所开展的一些工作经验。结果通过开展"以病人为中心"工作模式,提高了患者的满意度,取得了良好的社会效益。结论 "以病人为中心"能够为患者提供更好的药学服务。
Objective To improve the "patient-centered" service in outpatient pharmacy. Methods Experience of "patient-centered" service in outpatient pharmacy in the past two years was concluded. Results and Conclusion "Patient-centered" work pattern improved patients'satisfaction,and obtained good social benefits.
