摘要
《中国高血压防治指南》基层版于2009年底正式发布,基层版指南对高血压分级评估、随访及考核评估指标、常用药物等基本问题作出了详细的规定,这些细化的规定有利于建立高血压电子病案管理系统,使该系统具有自动筛选目标人群、自动分级评估、自动制定随访计划、自动评估管理效果等功能。尽管实现高血压信息化管理中仍面临一些困难,但是新的高血压指南的发布推进了社区高血压信息化管理的进程,也有力的推动了医疗的信息化建设。
＂Guidelin for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China＂ ,issued in 2009,standardized the grading assessment,follow-up and performance indicators as well as common drugs for hypertension in detail,which was helpful to establish electronic medical records management system for hypertension. This system can automatically select target groups,conduct grading assessment,develop follow-up plans and evaluate management effect. Although there are still some difficulties in the informative management of hypertension,the new hypertension guideline promotes the informative management of hypertension in communities,meanwhile,it has greatly pushed the construction of medical informatization.
