摘要
医疗质量是医院医疗技术和管理水平的综合反映,是医院赖以生存和发展的关键。医疗质量管理是一项综合管理工程,是医院打造核心竞争力的重要方面。本文分析了当前医疗质量管理存在的一些不足,探讨了实现医疗质量管理的基本对策,总结提出了当前加强医疗质量管理的具体措施。
The medical quality, being the key factor determining the development and future of the hospital, is generally reflected by such indexes as the level of medical technique and the level of medical management in hospital. The medical quality management is not only comprehensive management engineering, but also the important side of constructing the hospital core competence. In this article the author analyzed the weaknesses in the current medical quality management, discussed the basic policy of implementing the medical quality management, and summarized the concrete effective measurements to strengthen the medical quality management in the hospital.
