批量烧伤伤员的救治,通行模式是尽早分流。"6.5"公交车燃烧事故发生后,考虑到事发突然、背景复杂,本院打破常规,采用"就地治疗、全军支援"的救治模式并取得较好效果,为遂行类似非战争军事行动卫勤保障任务提供了借鉴。
