摘要
介绍了广州珠江钢铁有限责任公司2#电炉氧枪系统控制功能的优化。由于原有控制系统氧枪布置不够合理,严重制约了2#电炉产能和效率的提高。为了进一步降低2#电炉的冶炼成本、提高冶炼效率,对2#电炉氧枪系统控制功能进行了优化,自行设计和安装了五号氧枪。生产实践证明,五号氧枪控制系统运行稳定可靠,达到了降低电耗和电极消耗、缩短冶炼周期的目的。
The optimization of No.2 EAF lance control system was introduced in Zhujiang Steel.Due to the unreasonable lance layout of original control system,the productivity and efficiency of No.2 furnace were severely restricted.In order to further reduce the EAF smelting cost and improve the smelting efficiency,the EAF lance control system was optimized.No.5 lance was designed and installed.The production practice showed that the control system of No.5 lance has stable and reliable operation.Lower power consumption and electrode consumption was obtained,and the refining cycle was reduced.
