摘要
首先,探求中医浊病学说的理论基础。提出中医学浊的生理学含义、病理学含义以及浊邪是代谢综合征的主要中医学病机,认为浊病与代谢综合征之间存在着特异性联系,提出系统深入研究这种联系的具体内容,即是建立代谢综合征中医浊病学说的前提和基础。进而提出建立代谢综合征中医浊病学说的基本内容和思路,包括:代谢综合征中医浊阴、浊邪、浊病概念的界定;代谢综合征中医浊病学说的生理学、病理学、诊断和治疗学研究的具体内容和思路。
The paper investigated the theoretical base of TCM turbid disease doctrine firstly,and indicated the physical and pathological meanings of turbid.The author believed that turbid pathogen was main pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome.There is a special relationship between turbid diseases and metabolic syndrome,which should be studied systematically and deeply.The specific content of the study will be the premise and basis for establishing the TCM turbid disease doctrine of metabolic syndrome.The basic content and idea of the doctrine includes the concept definition of turbid yin,turbid pathogen and turbid diseases of metabolic syndrome,and physiology,pathology,diagnosis and therapeutics.
