中国未来输电网架结构初探 被引量:39

Preliminary discussion on China transmission backbone in the future

摘要 能源资源和负荷需求的逆向分布及能源结构的战略性调整,决定了中国未来输电网架结构必须在受端系统、送端系统以及1000-3000 km的输电系统上有根本性的突破。介绍了欧洲"Super Smart Grid 2050"及美国"Grid 2030"输电网架结构远景设想;探索了特高压电网在形成坚强受端系统上的优势,给出了实现系统分层分区运行、提高同步电网自愈能力等降低特高压电网大停电风险的建议;提出了在中国北部地区利用新型直流输电技术建立广域可再生能源电网结构的远景设想,从而有效整合风电、太阳能电力、水电等,以期利用广域范围内的资源互补性平衡新能源的功率间歇性和不稳定性;最后简要论述了半波长输电和分频输电的特点及发展前景,指出二者均适用于超远距离大容量电力输送。 The inverse distribution of energy resources and load demands and the strategic adjustment of energy structure lead to the necessary and essential breakthroughs in the receiving-end system,sending-end system and 1 000 ~ 3 000 km transmission system of China’s future transmission backbone.The transmission backbones of EU’s "Super Smart Grid 2050" and US’s "Grid 2030" are introduced and the advantages of UHV grid to form the robust receiving-end system is explored.Suggestions to lower the outage risk of UHV grid are given:the hierarchical and partitioned system operation,the self-healing ability improvement,etc.It is proposed to build a wide-area renewable energy grid of wind farms,solar power stations and hydropower stations in North China to balance their intermittence and instability by their complementarity with DC transmission technology.The characteristics and development trends of half wavelength transmission and frac-tional frequency transmission,suitable for long-distance large-scale transmission,are discussed briefly.
