摘要
针对近年我国有的高炉出现的炉缸炉底寿命短、3~4年就被迫停炉大修的情况,从高炉炉缸砖衬设计、炭砖选材、炭砖质量的检测控制及炉型结构设计等方面分析,提出延长高炉寿命的一些改进措施。
In light of the problem of short hearth and lining life and the forced overhaul of BF after 3 to 4 years of operation the present paper analyzes origins of the defects proceeding from the design of hearth lining, carbon brick selection and the brick quality check and control to the design of furnace proper and puts forward a few measures of improvements for extension of the BF campaign.
