摘要
目的:介绍临床使用非离子型造影剂引起的安全性问题及相应对策。方法:综述非离子型造影剂引起主要不良反应及相关问题的原因和预防处理方法。结果:非离子型造影剂可引起造影剂肾病、过敏反应以及临床常见的造影剂局部渗漏,重视药物间相互作用。结论:医护人员应重视临床使用非离子型造影剂的安全性问题,加强用药评估、监测及护理工作,避免造影剂相关严重不良反应的发生。
Objective：To evaluate the safety and relevant strategy of non-ionic contrast agent. Method：The reasons for main adverse reactions and issues induced by non-ionic contrast agent and their targeted prevention and strategy were analyzed. Result： Contrast-induced nephropathy, allergic reaction, local leakage and skin test of iodine contrast media, and drug interactions were respectively analyzed. Conclusion ： It is important to evaluate the safety problem of non-ionic contrast agent and intensify drug assessment, monitoring and nursing to avoid some serious adverse drug reactions.
