脊柱哑铃形肿瘤的分型与治疗进展 被引量：8

摘要 脊柱哑铃形肿瘤是一个形态学概念,指脊柱肿瘤生长遇到解剖学结构（椎间孔和/或硬膜）的阻挡,而呈现哑铃形或沙漏状（dumbell/hourglass）外观。在成人中约80%为神经鞘细胞肿瘤（neurinomas／spinal nerve sheath tumors），儿童中神经母细胞瘤多见。其他少见病理类型还有神经节细胞瘤、血管瘤、血管脂肪瘤、脑膜瘤、脊索瘤、尤文氏肉瘤／原始神经外胍层肿瘤、软骨肉瘤等。
