脊柱原发性恶性肿瘤的外科治疗策略 被引量：5

摘要 位于脊柱的原发恶性肿瘤少见,约10%的原发恶性骨肿瘤发生于脊柱和骶骨,约80%的成人脊柱肿瘤是恶性肿瘤[1～3]。脊柱原发肿瘤中,骨髓瘤最多见,其次是骨巨细胞瘤、脊索瘤、软骨肉瘤、骨母细胞瘤等。由于诊断技术的改进及临床医生对脊柱肿瘤认识的不断深入，
