摘要
大体积混凝土结构需要解决的主要问题是胶凝材料在水化中释放大量的水化热而不易散发引起温度变化和混凝土收缩对结构产生作用导致混凝土出现裂缝。通过对大体积混凝土硬化过程中热胀冷缩应力状态分析,提出大体积混凝土温度控制相关措施。结合工程实例,介绍使用计算机和温度热流量检测仪检测大体积混凝土温度温差变化的方法。并根据检测数据,计算分析混凝土的应力。总结得出若干控制温度引起裂缝的方法,为大体积混凝土施工提供指导作用。
The main problem,which has to be solved for the construction of mass concrete,is the appearance of crack of concrete due to the temperature change resulting from the emission difficulty of huge hydration heat of gelled material and the concrete contraction effects on the construction.In this paper,through the stress analysis of the heat-expansion and cold-contraction during hardening process of mass concrete,we propose some specific procedures and measures to control the temperature of mass concrete.With the engineering projects,we introduce how to use computer and temperature-heat flux detecting instrument to measure the temperature change of mass concrete and according the observed data,we calculate and analyze the stress of concrete.We obtain some methods on controlling crack caused by temperature and provide guidance for construction of mass concrete.
