摘要
提出了自密实混凝土砂用量计算模型,并且具体介绍了自密实混凝土的配合比设计步骤。通过试验,成功配制了性能满足要求的C35、C50自密实混凝土。将所配制的C35、C50自密实混凝土与秦山核电站二期扩建工程处提供的同强度等级的普通混凝土进行了直接材料成本分析比较,经分析,自密实混凝土的综合经济效益要高于同强度等级的普通混凝土。
A new sand volume calculation model of SCC and depicts the process of SCC mix design was offered.According this mix design approach,we get the C35,C50 SCC which meet the demand of Qinshan nuclear power plant.This article also does the comparison the C35,C50 SCC and the ordinal concrete with the same intensity from Qinshan nuclear power plant,and gets the conclusion that the C35,C50 SCC have better economic benefits.
