摘要
通过平板法试验,研究不同种类纤维对混凝土早期塑性开裂的影响。结果表明:改性聚乙烯醇纤维或聚丙烯纤维的掺入,可有效抑制裂缝的产生和扩展,显著提高混凝土抵抗塑性开裂的能力;平板法放大了混凝土塑性收缩裂缝,便于观察、比较,是一种较好的评价混凝土早期塑性开裂的试验方法,但在裂缝的量化、后期处理和评价方面还需要进一步的提高。
The effects of different types of fibers on early plastic cracking of concrete are studied through slab test.The results show that:the modified PVA fiber or polypropylene fibers applied can effectively inhibit the emergence and development of cracks and significantly increase the ability of concrete to resist plastic cracking,in which the performance of concrete applied PP fiber and PVA1 fiber to resist plastic cracking are the best.In addition,slab test magnified the size of plastic shrinkage cracks,which makes observation and comparison easier.So slab test is a good test method of evaluating the early plastic cracking of concrete.However,it is necessary to be further improved in quantizing,post-processing and evaluating cracks.
