摘要
选用醇和胺作为复配阻锈剂的原料。在含3%NaCl的饱和Ca(OH)2溶液中,加入阻锈成分,根据盐水浸渍试验中自然电位的表现选出具有阻锈性能的醇和胺。采用均匀设计法对选出的成分进行复配,经盐水浸渍试验和砂浆快速试验的检测,复配出的阻锈剂具有良好的阻锈性能。通过扫描电镜的能谱分析发现,阻锈剂在钢筋表面形成保护膜,并在保护膜的外层吸附Ca(OH)2,进一步加强了对钢筋的保护作用。
Alcohol and amine are chosen as the raw material of inhibiter in this article.Prepare the saturated solution of Ca(OH) 2 in which there is 3% NaCl,add the component of corrosion inhibitor,then choose the alcohol and the amine which has the ability of inhibitor according to the performance of natural potential in brine immersion test.Uniform design method is used to compound,after the examination of the brine immersion test and the mortar quick test,the corrosion inhibitor with excellent rust performance is compounded.According the energy spectrum analysis of stereo scan we find that corrosion inhibitor form a protective coating on the surface of bar,and the Ca(OH)2 is adsorbed on the most outer layer of protective film,this can further strengthen the protective effect.
