缓黏结预应力混凝土连续梁张拉摩阻力试验及浅析

摘要 缓黏结预应力混凝土是一种新型预应力体系,在工程设计中,其张拉摩阻力如何取值是工程技术人员一直感到困惑的问题。本文基于4根缓黏结预应力混凝土两跨连续梁的受弯试验研究,提出测试张拉摩阻力效应的方法,给出了采用后张法一端张拉时,30d左右龄期的缓黏结预应力梁折线型预应力钢绞线所需克服的摩阻力范围,其中摩阻力平均值为9.78kN/m,摩阻力范围为7.32-11.02kN/m,为设计缓黏结预应力连续受弯构件时,考虑摩阻力的效应提供参考数据。 Retard-bonded prestressed concrete is a new pretressed system.And engineers always find it hard to decide the numerical value of stretching friction in engineering design.On the basis of experimental study on bending the 4 retard-bonded prestressed concrete two-span continuous beam,the method of measuring stretching friction is proposed,and the range of friction resistance which needs to be overcome by 30 day curing aged retard-bonded prestressed beam and foled linear prestressed strand is presented:the average value of stretching friction is 9.78 kN/m,and the range stretching friction is from 7.32 kN/m to 11.02 kN/m.The conclusion of this paper can provide references for engineers in designing retard-bonded prestressed concrete flexural members.
