摘要 在HAc溶液中,As(Ⅲ)存在下,Os(Ⅷ)对KBrO3氧化溴甲酚绿具有强烈的催化作用,据此建立了催化光度法测定痕量Os(Ⅷ)的新方法。方法的灵敏度为3.86×10-12g/mLOs(Ⅷ),线性范围为3-30ng/10mL。用于合成自然铂、自然钯矿中锇的测定,结果满意。 A new catalytic spectrophotometric method has been studied for the determination of trace osmium(Ⅷ),based on the catalytic effect of Os(Ⅷ) between the redox reaction of bromocresol green and KBrO 3 in HAc in the presence of As(Ⅲ).In the selected conditions,Beer's law is obeyed for Os(Ⅷ) in the range of 3-30ng/10mL and the sensitivity is 3.86×10 -12 g/mL.The method has been applied to the determination of trace Os(Ⅷ) in synthetic nature palladium and nature platinum with satisfactory results.
