东盟与非盟地区安全理念的异同及其原因探析被引量：1

摘要东盟和非盟虽然都是由发展中国家组成的地区性组织,但二者的地区安全理念既有类似之处,更有明显差异。这是由于二者的安全环境、历史经历、政治文化和地缘政治不同所造成的。
