摘要
将中孔分子筛这一新材料应用于气固色谱,可以分离脂肪烃、芳烃、卤代烃以及一些酮类化合物.对这种中孔分子筛柱的柱效、定量解吸等情况进行了考察,并与传统的气固色谱柱和一些常用气液色谱柱进行了对比.在填补中孔材料气固色谱吸附剂空白方面作了有意义的探讨.
A mesoporous molecular sieve of the HMS type was prepared and its applications as adsorbent for gas-solid chromatography (GSC) were evaluated by probing systems as C1- C15 paraffins mixtures, aromatic hydrocarbons, alcoholes, halohydrocarbons and ketones. A comparison was made between the mesoporous adsorbent and packed columns as OV-1, OV-25, microporous molecular sieves, polymer adsorbents. The results indicated the unique features of the mesoporous molecular sieve adsorbent as compared to the conventional micro-molecular sieve and porous polymer adsorbents. It is not only appropriate for separation of low boiling compounds but also suitable for analysis of high boiling compounds with no bleeding problems at high temperatures, which extends greatly the application scope of this mesoporous adsorbent. It also showed some better performances in separation of low boiling compounds than those of commercial available columns as OV-1, OV-25. The results and further study on mesoporous molecular sieve GSC adsorbents will be interesting in trying to bridge the gap between the micro-and macro-adsorbents.
