Improving the laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy measurement accuracy

摘要 通过对6种不同的已知成分的黄铜合金进行测试,确定了使用激光诱导等离子光谱(LIBS)系统测量黄铜合金中Cu元素的最佳谱线波长以及最佳系统配置。为提高定标曲线的精度,通过线性关系式来处理测量过程中其他元素成分与Cu元素的互干扰效应,并通过指数关系式考查了Cu元素的自吸收效应。结果表明:利用多变量回归方法来补偿母体效应,最终使定标曲线的拟合优度从0.9538提高到0.9998。 Six brass alloys were tested using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) to measure the optimal spectral wavelength of Cu and to determine the optimum system configurations for alloy measurements. The accuracy of the calibration curve was improved by a linear correlation for interference by the other elements and an exponential relationship for self-absorption. Multivariate regression method was used to compensate for the matrix effects. Results show a very satisfying improvement using the multivariate analysis method with the coefficient of determination of the optimized calibration curve improved from 0.953 8 to 0.999 8.
