摘要
在不同浓度盐酸溶液中,ClO-3、BrO-3、IO-3可分别与硫代米蚩酮、NH4SCN形成蓝色配合物,λmax为620nm。卤酸根测定的线性范围IO-3为0~3.0μg/10mL、ClO-3、BrO-3为0~4.0μg/10mL。摩尔吸光系数分别为εClO-3=7.67×104、εBrO-3=9.94×104、εIO-3=1.45×105。本法灵敏、选择性好、操作简便,已用于化学试剂中卤酸根的测定。
A spectrophotometric method for the determination of
ClO - 3,BrO - 3 and IO - 3 was developed.In a medium of HCl,XO - 3(ClO - 3,BrO - 3 or IO -
3),thio michler's ketone and SCN -can form a colored complex with the maximum absorbance
at 620nm.The molar absorptivity is ε ClO - 3 =7 67×10 4, ε BrO - 3 =9 94×10
4 and ε lO - 3 =1 45×10 5 respectively and the composition ratio of TMK∶XO - 3∶
SCN - is 3∶1∶2.The method is sensitive ,selective and simple.It can be used for determining
trace ClO - 3、BrO - 3 and IO - 3 in chemical reagents respectively .
