摘要
我国建设监理行业发展的核心问题是提高企业创造价值的能力,知识管理是实现这一目标的有效手段。基于知识管理视角,可将建设监理知识划分为专业知识、程序知识、行规知识、经验知识,从而更好地了解建设监理知识的属性和知识分布情况。
For construction supervision industry in China, the key question is how to improve the capacity of enterprises to create value. Knowledge management is an effective means to achieve this goal. Based on knowledge management perspective, construction supervision knowledge can be divided into professional knowledge, process knowledge, trade regulation knowledge and empirical knowledge. Thus, the knowledge characters and distribution of construction supervision can be better understood.
