分析PCDM的产生原理及开发流程,对我国建筑节能领域发展PCDM项目进行SWOT分析,对PCDM在我国建筑节能领域的实施提出建议。
The paper analyzes the principle and development process of PCDM,makes a SWOT analysis of PCDM project in building energy conservation,and provides some suggestions about the implementations of PCDM in our country＇s building energy conservation area.
