基于建设工程招投标案例,分析投标保证金制度存在的缺陷,并提出对策建议,以减轻建筑企业的负担,使其大量被占用且闲置的投标保证金发挥效益。
Based on the practice of construction bidding,analyzes the defects of tender deposit system,and propos-es some countermeasures to reduce the heavy burdens of construction enterprise by making its massive occupied but idle tender deposit bond benefit.
