为澄清认识、完善操作、破除偏见,提炼信用监管评价的实质与目的,充实其经济、社会和系统学内涵;系统阐述其价值表征、标准化构造和锻造的策略举措;简略解析管理艺术的理念及技术要点;强调监管作为和记录制导是评价的根基;指出标准化定型对产业组织、信用经济、市场调节和公序良俗的意义。
To clarify cognition,improve operation and explode biases,this paper extracts the essence and purpose of credit regulation appraisal,enriches its economic,social and system connotation;it systematically expounds value characteristic,strategic measures of standardized construction and standardized forging;it briefly analyzes important concepts and technical points;it emphases that regulation dutifulness and record guidance are the foundation of ap-praisal;it points out the profound significance of standardized stereotype in industry organization,credit economy,market adjustment and public order and good custom.
