摘要
分析了法国、西班牙、日本建筑工程质量保险框架体系的特点,通过对我国建筑工程质量保险框架体系与法国、西班牙、日本的比较,结合我国开展建筑工程质量保险的试点工作,提出完善我国建筑工程质量保险体系的对策,为推进我国建筑工程质量保险工作提供有价值的参考。
This paper identifies the characters of construction quality insurance system in France,Spain and Japan.According to the pilots of construction quality insurance implementation in China,by comparing with France,Spain and Japan,some countermeasures are proposed to improve construction quality insurance in China.These results should provide a valuable reference for the promotion of construction quality insurance in China.
