基于航班模糊聚类的时隙分配均衡模型 被引量:3

Slot allocation balancing model based on aircrafts fuzzy clustering

摘要 为了科学合理的利用机场时隙资源,克服现有模型只考虑效率性的缺陷,建立了效率性和公平性转换的均衡优化模型;利用模糊聚类方法对航班进行分组,并计算相应的延误损失费用,应用人工鱼群算法快速求解模型;对20架航班进行算例仿真,结果显示均衡优化模型的总延误损失费用为102800元,高于指派模型和改进的指派模型的83600元,但是最大延误损失费用为10000元,低于指派模型的16000元以及改进指派模型的15000元.仿真结果验证了效率性和公平性不能同时达到最优,说明了均衡模型能够让延误损失费用在各航班之间均匀分配,更具公平性. Most of the existing slot allocation models only consider efficiency.In order to make best use of airport slot resources,a balancing model with efficiency and equity trade-offs was presented.Then,fuzzy clustering algorithm was used to group aircrafts,and delay cost was calculated for each group.Finally, artificial fish school algorithm was applied to solve this model.The simulation results show that total delay cost of balancing model is 102800 RMB and maximum delay cost is 10000 RMB.Total delay cost and maximum delay cost of allocation model are 83600 RMB and 16000 RMB respectively.Total delay cost and maximum delay cost of improved allocation model are 83600 RMB and 15000 RMB respectively. The simulation results demonstrate the efficiency and equity can not be optimal simultaneously and the balancing model is more equitable.
