微量Ce对2090铝锂合金中T_1相的作用 被引量:3

摘要 本文采用TEM分析技术、图像分析处理和统计分析等手段,对比研究了2090和2090+微量Ce两种铝锂合金中T1(Al2CuLi)相分布规律的差异。研究结果表明:微量稀土Ce的加入有增加T1相析出量,减小T1相直径和均匀化T1相分布的作用;2090+微量Ce合金中T1相的厚度略大于同等时效条件下2090合金中T1相厚度。并分析了微量Ce促进T1相形核的机制。 Using TEM,image and statistic analysis etc.,this paper studied the difference of distribution of T 1(Al 2LiCu) phase in two alloys of 2090 and 2090 with minor Ce.The research results show that adding minor cerium has a effect of increasing the amount of T 1 phase nucleus,reducing the diameter of T 1 phase and homogenizing T 1 phase The thickness of T 1 phase in 2090 with minor Ce alloy are little bigger than that of 2090 alloy at the same aging condition.The mechanism of the effect of minor cerium on the nucleation of T 1 phase has been discussed.
