摘要
伴随着经济全球化以及各国之间交往的日益加深,高等院校涉外专业必须面向未来,面向实际,着手改革现有的人才培养模式。涉外专业人才除了应具备一些基本素质外,还必须具备三种最根本的素质,即创新精神、国际交往能力和健全的人格。为适应这一要求,本文从增强专业教育的国际性和开放性入手,提出涉外专业学生综合素质的培养思路,即应从调整课程设置、改革教学方式、提高教师素质、搞活办学方式、重视道德及人文教育等多个方面着手。
With the economic globalization and the increased interactions between countries, universities must face to the future and reality, and begin to reform the existing training mode. Apart from some basic qualities which foreign-related professionals should have, they must possess the other three fundamental qualities including innovative spirits, international communication capacity and sound personality. In order to make students accommodate to this situation, starting with strengthening internationalization and opening of the subject education, some new ideas should be put forward. Universities should reform in the following aspects： course arrangement, teaching mode, teachers＇ qualification, ways of running school, moral and humane education.
