摘要
我国首台自主研发的110 MWR0110重型燃气轮机燃烧室按于式低NOx(Dry Low NO_x,DLN)原理设计。DLN燃烧技术的关键是在控制总的燃料/空气当量比的前提下,实现其均匀预混。本文针对NOx排放性能,根据文献调研总结出的燃料/空气均匀预混的基本原则和方法,从结构设计、小型模型试验、全尺寸数值模拟等方面进行了研究。结论是R0110燃烧室的燃料/空气预混均匀性较差,并用热态单管试验测得的NOx排放数据进行了验证。同时分析了问题的原因并提出了改进的方向和措施。
The combustor of R0110,the first self-developed 110 MW heavy duty gas turbine of China, is designed following the Dry Low NOx(DLN) principle.The key of DLN combustion technology is to achieve uniform fuel/air premixing under the premise of controlling the overall equivalence ratio. In this paper,concerning NOx emission performance,on the base of basic principles and methods of uniform fuel/air premixing summarized through literature survey,studies are carried out in terms of structure design,small-scale model test and full-scale numerical simulation.The conclusion is that the fuel/air premixing uniformity of R0110 combustor is poor,and it is then verified with the help of NOx emission data from the hot test of a single liner.At the same time the cause of the problem is analyzed and then the direction and measures for improvement are suggested.
