摘要
考察了不同配体对镍催化乙酸甲酯羰化合成乙酐反应的影响. 结果发现: 在所选定的反应条件下,羰化反应的诱导期约为60 min ; 离子型季铵碘化合物加入后,镍催化活性有不同程度的提高,乙酐选择性也得到改善; 单齿的有机膦配体Ph3P及一些单齿的有机氮配体如咪唑、三丙胺、吡啶,4甲基吡啶等加入后,镍催化剂的活性显著提高; 含PP, NN, NP,NO和NS的多齿有机配体对催化活性的影响取决于配体的配位原子、电子及空间效应,容易与催化剂前体二价镍盐形成稳定螯合物的多齿配体往往导致镍催化剂活性降低.
The effect of different types of ligands on nickel catalyzed carbonylation of methyl acetate to acetic anhydride was studied. It was found that the induction period of carbonylation was 60 min under the selected reaction conditions. The activity of nickel catalyst increased with the addition of ionic quaternary ammonium iodides and the selectivity for acetic anhydride had some improvement. Monodentate N and P containing ligands improved markedly the activity of nickel catalyst. The influence of multidentate P P, N N, N P, N O and N S containing ligands depended on their coordinating atoms, electronic and steric effect. The ligands which formed stable chelates with Ni 2+ species usually showed lower activity.
