摘要
2-叔丁基-4-氯-5-羟基-哒基-3(2H)-酮(3)与相应的N-烷基或N,N-二烷基氯乙酰胺(4a～41)反应,合成了2-叔丁基-5-[(N-烷基或N,N-二烷基乙酰胺)氧基]-4-氯-哒嗪-3(2H)-酮(1a～11),生物活性测定结果表明部分化合物(1a～11)具有杀虫活性。
2 - ten - Butyl - 5 - [ ( N - alkyl or N, N - dialkyl acetamide) epoxy ] - 4 -chloropyridazine - 3(2/7) - one (la ~ 11) were synthesized from the corresponding N - alkyl or N, N -dialkyl - 2 - chloroacetamide (4a ~ 41) with 2 - tert - butyl - 5 - hydroxy - 4 - chloro - pyridazine - 3 (2H) - one(3). The preliminary biological tests indicate that some compounds of (la ~ 11) show an insecticidal activity.
