摘要
目的比较不同预清洗方式对管腔类器械的清洁效果。方法选取管腔器械常用的吸引器作为供试品,吸引器使用后直接用流动水冲洗作为常规组(A组),放入自行设计的管腔器械预清洗装置中进行循环水冲洗为试验组(B组)作对比试验。结果管腔器械预清洗装置循环水冲洗,清洁效果显著,B组清洗合格率88.9%,A组清洗率56.7%,经秩和检验P<0.05。结论采用管腔器械预清洗装置方法简单,提高了管腔器械的洁净度,保证了管腔器械灭菌质量。
OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of cleaning the lumen equipment by different pre-cleaning ways.METHODS The lumen equipment commonly used （shch as aspirator） was washed by directly using flow water as the conventional control group（group A）,washed by pre-cleaning equipment with recycled water self-designed as the test group（group B）.The effects of cleaning were detected by visual observation methods.RESULTS Pre-cleaning lumen equipment with recycled water had a significant effect,the cleaning passing rate of the group B was 88.9% vs 56.7% of the group A （P0.05）.CONCLUSION It can improve the cleanliness of lumen equipment by pre-cleaning and ensure the sterilization quality of the lumen equipment.
