摘要
目的分析医用锐器收集盒放置装置的临床应用效果,充分发挥锐器盒在锐器伤预防中的最佳效能。方法自行设计制作锐器盒放置调节架及锐器盒放置挂框,并在使用前、后调查医院临床护士锐器伤情况。结果临床护士锐器损伤人数从366人降至276人,发生率从82.10%降至40.89%;总穿刺量从736346次增加至1232550次,而锐器伤例次明显下降,从1292人次降至814人次,使用前、后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论锐器盒放置调节架及锐器盒放置挂框保证了操作者处理锐器物时的易见性和易接性,确保了操作后锐器物得到及时、安全的处理,从而有效减少了临床护士锐器伤。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the effects of clinical application of medical sharps containers setting device,to give full play to sharp injuries prevention and achieve its best potency.METHODS The clinical nurses′ sharp injuries in our hospital before and after using the self designed and made adjustable support leg for setting sharps containers and hanging boxes in treatment box for sharps containers were investigated.RESULTS The number of clinical nurses′ sharps injuries dropped from 366 persons to 276 persons and the occurrence dropped from 82.10% to 40.89%;the amount of the rapeutic puncture increased from 736 346 to 1 232 550,while the incidence of sharps injuries markedly dropped from 1292 cases to 814 cases.The difference between pre-and post-use was statistically significant （P0.05）.CONCLUSION The adjustable support leg for setting sharp containers and hanging boxes in treatment box for sharps containers ensure the visibility and accessibility for the operators while handling and disposing the sharp objects timely and safely during and after operation,thus reduce the clinical nurse sharps injuries effectively.
