摘要
Ｌａｗｅｓｓｏｎ试剂可以与含双官能团的羰基化合物反应形成杂环。本文对Ｌａｗｅｓｓｏｎ试剂的成环反应及其在杂环化合物合成中的应用进行了概述。
Lawesson′s reagent undergoes ring closure reactions with
carbonyl compounds containing two functional groups to give phosphorus heterocycles. This
review describes the cyclization of LR with carbonyl compounds and their derivatives, and its
application to synthesize heterocyclic compounds containing phosphorus or sulfur.
