摘要
目的了解不同层次护生对护士角色认知及自身定位状况。方法参考有关文献并结合实际情况自编问卷对513名护生进行调查。结果50%以上的护生认同护士是护理者、沟通者、康复指导者、教育者、管理者、协调者;70.0%的护生认为护理工作辛苦,但仍有91.0%的护生选择会尽自己最大的能力为患者提供高质量的服务;到过临床的护生愿意再次选择护理专业人数低于未实习的护生,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论护生对自己的职业有良好的认同感,但护理教育工作者需要对护生加强现代护士角色定位的教育,使护生对社会评价、护理工作性质有一个正确的认识。
Objective To determine the status of the role cognition to nurses' roles and own localization in the different level of nursing students. Methods A total of 513 nursing students were investigated with self - designed questionnaire. Results More than 50% nursing students approved nurse was the nurse, the , the recovery instructors, the pedagogue, the administrators and the coordinators; 70. 0% nursing students thought that the nursing work was laborious, but there were still 91.0% nursing students that choired biggest ability to provide the high grade service for the patient. The clinical nursing students were less willing to choose nursing profession compared with the undergraduate student, the difference showed statistics significance (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions The nursing students has the good sympathy to their own occupation. But the nursing educators need to strengthen the education for nursing students on modern nurses' roles localization and make the student have a correct understanding of the social views.
